How do I place an order?

If you would like to place and order, please click on the “Custom Orders” tab and fill out the Custom Order Inquiry form. I will be in touch with you within 72 hours. Your date is only guaranteed once full payment has been received.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is due immediately OR two weeks from the date of your event. If it is a larger order, like a macaron tower, a deposit must be made to guarantee you will receive your order for the date you have requested. Paying up front allows for the appropriate time to source all of the ingredients, sprinkles, and packaging necessary for your order.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, we cannot offer refunds, but the good news – you get to keep your order!

 

Where and when do I pick up my order?

Please refer to your e-mail for pick up address, date, and time. There will be no reminders. At LCB we understand that things happens so If anything should change, please reach out to me at littlecrumbybakeshop@gmail.com

 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept cash, card, and venmo at this time. If you are paying cash, you will need to reach out to me at your earliest convenience to make arrangements. If you are paying card, I will create a custom listing for you on my website. If you are paying with venmo please send payment to @littlecrumbybakeshop. Please let me know how you will be paying at your earliest convenience.

In a hurry?

While we can't accommodate all last-minute orders, we will make our best effort. Orders placed within a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee.

What happens if my product gets damaged during transit/travel?

Unfortunately, once a product leaves our kitchen, we are not responsible for any damage (melting, breakage, etc.) that incurs, but if we are able to fix the issue, we will do our best.

 

Where is your shop located?

At this time, I do not have a store front. I work out of a certified and licensed residential kitchen in Haverhill, Massachusetts.

 

Can I place an order for a macaron tower?

Yes! I have a stained macaron tower that you may use for your event. The macaron tower holds about 180 macarons and can be rented at a fee. This ensures that if anything should happen to the tower, I may replace it. We can discuss the details AFTER you have filled out the custom order inquiry form.

 

Do you offer wholesaling?

No, I do not offer wholesaling at this time.

 

Can you ship my treats?

No, I cannot ship your treats. You will pick up your order in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Arrangements for delivery can be made for an additional fee within the surrounding Merrimack Valley. You may also choose to pick up from any of my event locations.
